CHRIS IVEY

Sales Strategist

CHRIS IVEY - Sales StrategistChris Ivey was born and raised in DeSoto, Texas. Chris graduated from Texas A&M University (Whoop!), and while there, played quarterback for the Aggies while earning his Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering degree. After college, Chris enjoyed a brief stint in the NFL as a part of the New Orleans Saints, and continues to play football for the Austin Vipers as well as the US Olympic Team. In his spare time, Chris has enjoyed a meteoric rise as a highly-decorated country western dancer. Chris has commented that both the camaraderie and competition are what drives him!

Chris has excelled in multiple industries ranging from Commercial and Industrial HVAC, Automation & Control, Manufacturing & Design Consulting, and Oil and Gas. Although he tried his hand at oil and gas engineering, he discovered that he did not love it as much as business strategy.

Before coming on full-time with Dragon Spirits Marketing in 2019, Chris served as the Regional Sales and Marketing Representative for Xenith Football equipment. During his two year tenure, Chris grew his sales territory almost 300%.

Actually, Chris started out like many of the staff Dragons currently working with Dragon Spirits Marketing; coming on as a "Brand Ambassador Dragon" in November 2014. Right out the gate, Chris proved himself as one of the most effective "Hydra" Dragons in the company, and even to this day, holds a handful of sales records on our Hall of Champions
